1. Use of Service

You may use Flora Academy to access educational content, courses, and related features for lawful purposes only. Content is provided under a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal study and professional development.

• You must comply with applicable laws and regulations where you live and where you access the Service.
• You must not use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the platform or other users.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts & Security

Some features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may vary by country, region, and applicable rules. If taxes apply, they may be added at checkout. Third-party processors handle payments securely; we do not store full card numbers.

• By submitting payment information, you represent you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date shown in your account or checkout.
• If a charge is reversed (e.g., chargeback) we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.

4. Refunds

We offer a limited refund period; eligibility depends on the course type, purchase method, and how much of the content has been accessed. Refund decisions may consider course progress, completion, download activity, and time since purchase.

• Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method when possible.
• Processing times may vary by payment provider and can take 5–10 business days.
• We do not cover fees charged by banks or payment providers that are outside our control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scraping, automated access, or bypassing rate limits without prior written consent.
• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or deceptive.
• Introducing malware, disrupting services, or interfering with other users’ experience.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including videos, lessons, text, templates, graphics, and branding, is owned by Flora Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you, no rights are transferred.

You must not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, publish, or share course materials (including download links, screen recordings, or account access) without explicit written permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or subscription giving rise to the claim in the 12 months prior to the event.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent allowed.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, attempted to compromise the platform, or engaged in fraud or abuse. We may also remove or restrict content to comply with legal obligations.

If your access is terminated, you must stop using the Service and may lose access to previously purchased content to the extent permitted by law and contract.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms on the site or via email).
